The Salad and Hoosier Station will feature composite salads with a variety of green and red leaf, romaine and crisphead lettuces along with fresh vegetables and the casino’s signature mixed green salad. Both hot and cold breakfast options will be available, including eggs, made-to-order omelets, bacon, sausage, hash browns, country gravy and biscuits, seasoned potatoes, oatmeal and grits. Dinner options include breaded pork chops, turkey and gravy, pot roast with vegetables, chicken and dumplings, broccoli casserole, mashed potatoes and gravy, macaroni and cheese, corn o’brien and candied sweet potatoes.
