NEW ELECTRONIC BLACKJACK TABLES WELCOME PLAYERS AT INDIANA LIVE! CASINO STARTING TODAY

SHELBYVILLE, Ind. (Friday, September 26, 2008) – New Blackjack tables now await players at Indiana Live! Casino. But don’t expect to find a live dealer. These tables are electronic.

Four new, six-seat electronic Blackjack tables manufactured by IGT Digideal will open for play starting at 5 p.m. today. Located just inside the main entrance to the casino near the Center Bar, the tables take up roughly 35 square feet of space.

Each table will feature a live attendant to assist players with cash and ticket transactions. Bets can range from a minimum of $5 to a maximum $399 per hand. Like traditional Blackjack, players will attempt to beat the house and attain either a perfect card count of 21 or come closer to 21 than the house.

Players will make betting decisions on an electronic display in front of them.

“These electronic Blackjack tables are very big draws among casino visitors and we are excited to introduce them to our players,” said Tricia Lavore, vice president of marketing at Indiana Live! Casino.

Lavore said Indiana Live! Casino will offer even more electronic Blackjack tables inside its new permanent facility once it opens. Adjacent and connecting to Indiana Downs, the permanent Indiana Live! Casino will span 233,000 square feet and feature nationally renowned cuisine from Maker’s Mark Steakhouse, the NASCAR Grille and Live Market and live music, dancing and nightlife inside both Angels Rock Bar and the Mosaic Center Bar.

Indiana Live! Casino also has plans to install electronic Roulette tables in the near future at the temporary facility and inside the permanent casino once open.

“We’re always focused on customer service and our customers love the action and opportunities that our new electronic Blackjack tables will provide,” Lavore said. “Whatever our players need as they play at our new electronic Blackjack tables, whether it’s a drink, something to eat or anything else, our staff will be enthusiastically set to accommodate their needs.”
